I was a classroom teacher for 26 years in grades 2-8.  My last 10 years was in 4th grade language arts and social studies with one of my classes being Gifted and Talented.

I’ve always wanted to learn as much as possible about my profession so I went on to receive a Masters Degree, National Board Certification, and Gifted and Talented Certification.

I love curriculum!  It makes me happy to dig deep into standards and create resources to help teachers plan, teach, and track them!  When students are motivated to learn from my resources, it is a win win!

After creating my writing program for Grades 1-8, I started offering my services as a writing coach and for professional development.

Keeping in contact with my customers makes me do the happy dance! Subscribe to my newsletter to get teaching tips, up-to-date news, as well as flash freebies, deals, and sales only for subscribers!  Follow me on Facebook so we can chat and collaborate, check out my Pinterest boards with oodles of teaching ideas, and join my Instagram followers!  Don’t forget you are always welcome to email me if you have any questions!
