1. VOCABULARY
There are 180 words included. With vocabulary being one of the weakest areas on standardized testing, I decided to include 180 words to discuss! You will see in the answer key, there are some with multiple meanings. The meaning used in the book is listed first. I included the other meanings for discussion.
Some ways to use the vocabulary lists:
- Printable: Hand out the list of vocabulary words. Have students write the meanings according to how it is used in the book on the templates given. (There is a blank template in case you want to choose specific words or there is a template that includes the chapter and word and students write the definitions.
- Printable: Hand out the wordlist with the meanings to use as a discussion and study guide. (Some students would benefit from having this information, so this can also be used for differentiation.)
