There are 8 writing activities and a word list with January and winter-related themes. You will find informative writing, narrative writing, persuasive writing, how-to writing, poetry writing, and writing for January-related events like New Year’s Resolutions, Martin Luther King Jr., and the Super Bowl! There are student instructions and a variety of writing templates as well as project templates. These ideas can be placed in writing centers and the creative projects are great for bulletin boards, hall displays or writing portfolios. You will also find rubrics to assist with easy grading. My students have enjoyed these activities and I hope yours do as well! They are super cute!!!!!!
