HOW TO PLAY
***DO NOT exit the game until you are done. Otherwise, your completed question links on the Main Slide will reappear, and your Scoreboard will reset to zero.***
- In POWERPOINT, click VIEW – SLIDESHOW or SLIDESHOW – PLAY FROM START.
- Click a number on the screen, and the question will appear.
- Students need to start with “Who is” or “What is” when answering.
- Click the answer button to reveal the answer.
- Click the scoreboard icon to record the scores. Each click moves that unit by one number.
- Click the back button to go back to the game board. That number will disappear from the gameboard.
YELLOW DAILY DOUBLE: If they get the answer correct, it is double the points.
FINAL JEOPARDY QUESTION: One question at the end of the game. (Editable) There is a button on the scoreboard to get to it. The first slide just says to bet points, so don’t worry if you click the button too soon. They bet on how much of their winnings to play.
Management Tip: Each person in the group gets to be the leader and decide on the category and number. (Rotate the leader in the group so everyone has a chance or pick and answer.) Although the group can help decide on the answer, only the leader may answer. This will help reduce students’ tendency to blur out answers.
Option 1: One person per group represents the team. Use Eggspert or Answer Buzzers to see who gets to answer.
Option 2: One group goes at a time, rather than everyone competing.
